Dabur Sat Isabgol From the Brand Dabur Sat Isabgol is an instant mix natural fibre of Plantogo ovata. Isabgol is derived from the upper coating of the seeds by milling and sieving process. Composition Psyllium husk Features Isabgol (aka Psyllium) naturally helps:• relieve constipation• remedy diarrhea• improve digestion• cleanse colon• remedy fissures• helps reduce cholesterol How to Use For adults and children above 12 years of age: 1-2 teaspoon (2.5-5g) 1 to 3 times a day.For children from 6 - 12 years of age: 1/2 -1 teaspoon (1-5 - 2.5g) 1 to 3 times a day OR as directed by the physician. Add 100-200 of water in a glass, stir briskly and drink at once.
