⚖️ Important Weight & Cleaning Information

The selected weight (Approx. 250 g to 350 g / Approx. 400 g to 600 g / Approx. 800 g to 1.2 kg) refers to the approximate raw weight of the whole fish before cleaning and cutting.

Fresh fish are natural products, and every fish is unique in size and weight. Therefore, it is not possible to provide the exact weight for every fish.

We always try to provide a fish that falls within or as close as possible to the selected weight range. Depending on the fish available on the day of your order, the actual raw weight may be slightly lower or higher than the selected weight range.

🧼 Weight After Cleaning

If you choose Curry Cut, the fish is hygienically cleaned before packing. During the cleaning process, scales, gills, fins, internal organs, bloodline, and other inedible parts are removed.

Because these parts are naturally discarded during cleaning and cutting, the final packed weight will be lower than the original raw weight. This is a normal part of preparing fresh fish and does not mean that less fish has been provided.

For example, if you order a fish from the Approx. 800 g to 1.2 kg category, we first select a fish within that weight range. After cleaning and cutting, the final packed weight will naturally be lower depending on the size of the fish and the amount of inedible parts removed.
